Get a taste of how Ortho-Bionomy self-care techniques can relieve pain & restore ease of movement quickly and simply with this 1 hour class.

Wear stretchy, comfortable clothing and bring a pillow. Yoga mats, bolsters & blankets are provided but you’re welcome to bring your own if you wish.

Hi, I’m Janine McCarthy.

I help people break free from pain by harnessing their body’s powerful self-healing intelligence.
