In 1 lesson a week over 4 weeks you’ll learn specific techniques to release your neck, shoulders, back and hips/pelvis and calm your nervous system, all in the comfort of your own home.

At the end of the course you’ll have a library of tools for helping yourself feel better any time you need relief. You’ll be empowered to help yourself and win back the time and money you’d otherwise spend having endless treatments for pain relief.
