Visit me for Ortho-Bionomy sessions when you need focussed 1 to 1 care for lasting relief of tension, pain and stress. In 3-4 sessions over a few weeks we’ll discover what helps your body recover through gentle positioning and subtle movements. Most people are surprised that such gentle techniques can produce such profound results, often with the added benefits of improved sleep and a feeling of deep rest not experienced with other treatments. I’ll also give you a ‘toolkit’ of self-care techniques you can use at home so you can improve your progress between sessions and get back in charge of your own health.
We aren’t a match if you want me to ‘fix you’, or ‘crack’ your body back into place, or hit repeat on the same treatment week in, week out. If you’re interested in creating lasting change from the inside-out so you can get back to living your best life, I’m ready to go there with you.
