I have been using the self-care techniques every day. Not only do they help physically relieve pain, but also I’m giving attention to my body in calming, conscious and intentional ways, which really helps to relieve stress and feel nurtured.
I've used (a different therapy) for years, but after a 30min virtual session with Janine I experienced instant effective pain relief to support me at home and work. I'm thinking about pain relief in a completely different way now. Thank you Janine.
Before seeing Janine I was suffering from strong period pain every month. I was delighted by the immediate results of her gentle work…..and I can now enjoy pain-free cycles!

“My 15 yr old daughter suffered terribly with her period. She couldn’t walk, had unbearable pain and vomiting and she missed days of school – not to mention the mood swings. She has now had three periods since her first session with Janine and the results are amazing – all her symptoms have disappeared. As she puts it ‘this is magic’.”

I really had not anticipated such a result, to say I was delighted to be pain free is an understatement. It is very gentle, I felt completely safe at all times.
